Our climbing guides are seasoned professionals who are trained and certified by the International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations (IFMGA). Thus, resulting in a greater repertoire of skills that enables them to provide a committed level of security and safety to every member during the expedition. Their contribution is mainly focused on making decisions to keep our members safe and healthy and to evade mishap. This is based on their years of first-hand experience on the mountain and knows preventative strategies and back-up contingency in case of a mishap.
With approximately-208 outdoor employees and 15 management team, we are proud to share our experience in the tourism industry and local knowledge to benefit our clients. Together with over 20 years of experience, our team has served more than thousands of clients organizing trekking, climbing expedition, tours and other adventure activities all over Nepal, Tibet ( China) and Bhutan.
